With 90 factory trained, mobile service engineers, all linked by radio and locally based, we are able to offer a rapid response, and the parts inventory in each mobile unit reflects the local truck pool for high first-time fix ratios. A range of planned preventive maintenance programmes are available, tailored to meet your individual requirements, as well as a 24 hour emergency call-out facility. In our fully equipped workshops, staffed by 17 skilled technicians, we carry out major overhauls and rebuilds to the highest standards.

A total of 17000 line items are held in our customer centres in Birmingham and Stoke-on-Trent for the Linde product range, to give 98% availability to our customers, and other parts are available within 24 hours via our on-line link to the Linde central parts warehouse.

- Fleet Management and Datalogger system: Brings new levels of control to optimise the utilisation and productivity of your materials handling fleet and provides significant cost savings.
Fork Truck Training
To ensure your materials handling equipment is operated efficiently, correctly and safely, and in order to realise the full potential of your investment in equipment and operators, our national network companies offer a range of professional and accredited training courses on every type of truck. The courses are available either on site or at the Linde regional centres.
